Mission Avenue project meeting set

A community meeting to provide information for the upcoming improvement project on Mission Avenue from Flora Road to Barker Road will be held on Thursday, Jan. 12, from 5:30-7 p.m. at Greenacres Christian Church located at 18010 E. Mission Ave.
This is an opportunity to learn about the project and to view the current design plans. An overview of the project will be presented by city of Spokane Valley Public Works staff at 6 p.m. followed by an opportunity for community members to share ideas, questions, comments and concerns.
