Local music winners announced




The Spokane Falls and Northeast Music Educators Association held its regional Solo and Ensemble Festival on Saturday at Rogers High School.
Students played and sang before judges who adjudicated and judged them, with winners and alternates selected for state competition.
The WIAA/WMEA state competition will be held April 24-25 at Central Washington University.
