Help pick movies for Mirabeau

The city of Spokane Valley is looking for help in picking films to be shown next summer. The top two movies selected will be shown in Mirabeau Meadows Park in Spokane Valley on Friday, July 25, and Friday, Aug. 15, 2014.
To vote, just go to spokanevalley.org/parksandrecreation no later than Jan. 31 and click on the link to the Free Movies in the Park survey. Then, answer the questions to vote for your top two favorites from the list below. Also, because the city is limited to showing just one Disney movie, be sure to select only one Disney option from those listed.
Choices are:
“Mary Poppins” (Disney)
“Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs 2”
“Despicable Me 2”
“Frozen” (Disney)
“The Lego Movie “
“Planes” (Disney)
“Thor” (Disney)
“Wizard of Oz”
“Monsters University”
“The Smurfs 2”
If you don't have access to the Internet, you can cast your vote by phone. Call 509-720-5408 during regular office hours, or e-mail jpapich@spokanevalley.org with your choices.
Winning movies will be announced in the Spokane Valley Parks & Recreation Spring/Summer Recreation Guide, which will be distributed around the end of March.
